1. – The Motion is: that we provide a free table to the North Florida Springs Alliance at the 2010 NSS-CDS Workshop.

No action by the Board at this time.
2. – The Motion is: that we allow the Administrative Manager to open a PayPal account so the the online store can receive payments through that means.
Motion by – Bill Dunn/ second – Forrest Wilson
Motion was discussed and all members agreed that the Chairman could and should do this without an action by the board.

3. – The Motion is: that the CDS set up a donation fund for Jim Coke. Motion by – Forrest Wilson/ second – Jeff Loflin In favor: Jeff Loflin, Forrest Wilson, Harry Averill, John Faircloth, Frank Ohidy, Bill Dunn Opposed: none Did not vote: Tom McMillan Motion carries Passed 10/30/09
