Upcoming bills
UWS – cut a check for mailing on 1/9/18, will have printing charges soon. When will it be delivered?
Card printer – ~$1500. Previously approved, tried to put it off as long as possible, it’s time. I asked Adam to go shopping.
Hobby & Hobby – I’ll let Cheryl cover this,but asking for $1032.
Hart Workshop – we will have some expenses. Example, I asked Adam to print 100 general liability waivers and we are having a run of 500 pens ordered ($180) since no one seems to know where the old ones are. But sponsor fees should negate all expenses.
Request: Order new run of conservation pamphlet. Last time I was told people would volunteer to update it (Jon Bernot), or had copies printed in a closet (Cheryl Doran). If neither has been done, can we print some.Costs:
60#white regular stock
100 = $134.05, 500 = $330.90, 1000 = $534.95
100#white gloss text
