      1. o Training certifications report 17 cavern, 2 intro, 36 basic, 14 apprentice, 45 cave, 9 ccr cave, 6 stage, 11 sidemount, 6 dpv, 4 new instructors.

      3. o Training Committee recommendation for instructors arrested on felony charges
      4. o Training Committee recommendation for S&P revision to address issue of instructor(s) arrested on felony charges.

      1. o 2012 Workshop status – Bobby moving along well in the process (Live Oak High School – Memorial Day Weekend)
      2. o Hart Springs Workshop – Good workshop – 43 attendees.

    1. o NSS-CDS processing of membership report – reported problems have been reduced to almost 0.
    2. o Property Taxes Report – Gene still investigating the property tax payments
    3. o Wakulla Public Hearing Report – well attended 121 speakers
    4. o School Sink Litigation Report – no change

 

New Business:

Change Abe Davis award criteria to be 100 cave dives, or 100 hours in caves (excluding deco).

Approve Rob Neto to represent the NSS-CDS at an event at Oleno State Park.

Revise the Cave Diving Manual, with review by the Training Committee.

The reprint of the Cave Diving manual to be supported via selling ads for print within the manual.

The Administrative Manager provides each member of the Board of Directors with the Balance Sheet, previous quarter sales report, & P&L one week prior to the Board of Directors meetings.
