The next NSS-CDS Board of Directors meeting will be held electronically at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, 30 November 2014. NSS-CDS members are invited to call in to the meeting and to participate.
This will be a test of a new conferencing system, so expect a few glitches and please be patient. To connect to the meeting, on your phone or Skype app, at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, 30 November 2014 call (605) 562-0020. When you are prompted for a meeting ID, enter 823 965 540# The system may then ask you to announce yourself and then you'll be in the meeting as a participant. During the meeting, the hosts may put the meeting into "Q&A Mode" If they do, all participants except for the hosts will be muted, but you may request to talk by pressing *6 on your phone keypad. Note that if you hit *6 on your phone when the meeting is not in Q&A mode, you will mute or unmute yourself.
Note that the meeting may be recorded for the purposes of generating accurate meeting minutes.
