We hope to see the NSS-CDS well represented with presentations and attendance!
“The NSS Virtual Convention will be held Monday July 26 through Friday July 30th. Each session consists of pre-recorded videos that are served up menu-style so participants can pick and choose which presentations they want to watch. During convention week each session will appear on its scheduled day and will then stay online for the entire rest of the week. After convention they are moved to the NSS youtube site for permanent viewing.
We need to know who will be presenting and a summary of the presentation (abstract). The title, author and abstract can be submitted to me at pat.kambesis@wku.edu. Deadline is June 15, 2021.
All presentations need to be pre-recorded and video uploaded to the following link. Ideal presentation duration is 20 minutes though we can make exceptions. In the past many of our presenters have recorded their presentation using Zoom but any similar type platform that allows video recording is okay. Narrated powerpoints (and also recorded via powerpoint) are also a good option.
